Our Staff
At Little Bird's Nest Pre-school we have highly qualified, experienced individuals, which together builds a strong, excellent team to support your child.

Clare Harding
Clare is the new manager and owner of Little Bird's Nest Pre-school and has worked in childcare for 28 years. Working with children from the age of 6 months to 11 years old. Been part of a management team or the manager / owner for the past 19 years.
Clare is highly qualified and has worked through the many qualifications within the sector. Clare has gained her degree, BA Hons in Childhood Studies and recently attended her Paediatric first aid course. Clare has attended many child protection and safeguarding courses, as well the relevant health and safety courses.
Holly Lipscombe
Holly is the senior practitioner and has worked with children and young people aged 3 to 11 years within the special needs education sector for the past 15 years.
Holly is NVQ Level 3 qualified in Childcare and Education, and has also completed a wide range of SEN courses. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, supporting all children in their learning and development. Holly promotes emotional development and support for children settling in to their surroundings.
Basma Tayfour
Basma is a level 3 qualified member of the team and has worked with early years for 12 years.
Basma has Level 3 and level 2 NVQ in children's care and development. attended the early language development programme for under 3 year olds and attended a course on letters and sounds. Basma promotes the children's learning development through reading, writing and basic number skills. Basma also has her Paediatric first aid certificate.
Morgan Robertson
Milly Harding
Morgan completed her NVQ Level 3 while undertaking her apprenticeship with Little Bird’s Nest Pre-School, and she has since become a valued member of the team. She has completed a range of professional development courses, including Paediatric First Aid, and continues to build on her skills and experience.
Milly is our early years support practitioner and has been apart of Little Bird's Nest Pre-school for the past two years. She brings great energy and enthusiasm to her work, engaging children in activities and supporting their development with care and creativity.
